AnVILAz

AnVILAz provides a programmatic interface to AnVIL resources on the Azure cloud, enabling management of workspaces, notebooks, tables, workflows, and Azure Blob Storage operations for genomics data analysis.

Key Features:

• Programmatic Resource Access: Provides an R-based interface to AnVIL resources including workspaces, notebooks, tables, and workflows.
• Azure Blob Storage Operations: Supports copying files to and from Azure Blob Storage for data management.
• Shared Access Signature Generation: Creates shared access signatures (SAS) for secure access to Azure resources.

Scientific Applications:

• Cloud-Based Genomics Analysis: Enables researchers to programmatically interact with the NHGRI-developed AnVIL cloud computing platform on Azure.

Methodology:
