cbpManager generates, manages, and edits data and metadata files suitable for import into cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics.

Key Features:

• Cancer study creation: Creates cancer studies and edits their metadata.
• Mutation data integration: Uploads mutation data of a patient that is concatenated to the data_mutation_extended.txt file of the study.
• Clinical data management: Creates and edits clinical patient data, sample data, and timeline data.
