CyTOFpower predicts the statistical power of mass cytometry (CyTOF) experiments for differential state analyses.

Key Features:

• In silico data generation: Generates simulated CyTOF data using user-specified parameters to estimate experimental power.
• Precomputed parameter grid: Enables power estimation by browsing a grid of parameters for which power has been precomputed.
