HGC
HGC conducts hierarchical clustering on large-scale single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data by constructing a dendrogram of cells on their shared nearest neighbor (SNN) graph.
Key Features:
- Graph Construction: HGC provides functions for building shared nearest neighbor (SNN) graphs from scRNA-seq data.
- Hierarchical Clustering: HGC provides functions for conducting hierarchical clustering directly on the constructed graph.
Scientific Applications:
- Single-Cell RNA-Seq Analysis: HGC enables hierarchical clustering of large-scale scRNA-seq datasets for cell type identification and characterization.
Methodology:
HGC constructs a dendrogram of cells on their shared nearest neighbor (SNN) graph.
