InteractiveComplexHeatmap converts static heatmaps produced by the ComplexHeatmap package into interactive applications for exploratory analysis of two-dimensional data patterns.

• Shiny Application Export: Allows static complex heatmaps to be exported to interactive Shiny web applications with minimal additional code.
