lisaClust
lisaClust identifies and visualises regions of tissue where spatial associations between cell-types are similar, providing a high-level summary of cell-type colocalization in multiplexed imaging data segmented at single-cell resolution.
Key Features:
- Spatial Association Clustering: Identifies regions with similar spatial associations between cell-types.
- Visualisation: Provides functions to visualise regions of tissue with similar cell-type spatial associations.
- Single-Cell Resolution Support: Processes multiplexed imaging data that has been segmented at a single-cell resolution.
Scientific Applications:
- Cell-Type Colocalization Analysis: Provides a high-level summary of cell-type colocalization patterns in tissue samples.
- Multiplexed Imaging Data Analysis: Analyzes spatial relationships in multiplexed imaging datasets at single-cell resolution.
Methodology:
The package uses clustering of Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) to identify regions with similar spatial associations between cell-types.
