plotGrouper
plotGrouper wraps ggplot with built-in statistical analysis to generate publication-ready plots from imported data with user-specified variables, graph types, and statistical tests.
Key Features:
- Statistical Analysis Integration: Statistical tests can be selected and added directly to graphs.
- Flow Cytometry Analysis: Analysis of flow cytometry data is especially integrated with specialized functionality for this data type.
- Absolute Cell Count Transformation: Count data can be transformed to return the absolute number of cells in a sample using bead counts and dilution information.
- Report Generation: Plots can be stored in reports that can be saved as PDF and refreshed when new data are added to the source file.
Scientific Applications:
- Flow Cytometry Data Visualization: Integrated analysis and plotting of flow cytometry experimental data with statistical testing.
- Cell Count Quantification: Transformation of count data to absolute cell numbers using bead-based standardization for accurate quantification.
Methodology:
Data are imported from file and plotted using ggplot with variables, graph types, and appearance specified through selection interfaces; statistical tests are applied and embedded in the resulting visualizations.
