RepViz
RepViz enables simultaneous viewing of both intra- and intergroup variation in sequencing counts of studied conditions, as well as their comparison to output features from user-selected data analysis methods, for visualization of genomic regions.
Key Features:
- Replicate-oriented visualization: RepViz enables viewing of a genomic region in a simple and efficient way.
- Intra- and intergroup variation display: RepViz allows simultaneous viewing of both intra- and intergroup variation in sequencing counts of the studied conditions.
- Feature comparison: RepViz allows comparison of sequencing counts to output features (e.g. identified peaks) from user-selected data analysis methods.
- Multi-datatype support: RepViz is primarily designed for chromatin data such as ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq, but can also be used with other sequencing data such as RNA-seq, or combinations of different types of genomic data.
Scientific Applications:
- Chromatin data visualization: RepViz supports visualization of ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq data to examine genomic regions.
- Transcriptomic data visualization: RepViz can be used with RNA-seq data for viewing genomic regions.
- Integrated genomic analysis: RepViz enables combinations of different types of genomic data for comparative visualization.
Methodology:
The sources do not explicitly describe specific computational methods or algorithms used by RepViz.
