Rvisdiff
Rvisdiff generates an interactive multi-graph web interface for the exploration and interpretation of differential expression results from RNA-seq and other differential analysis tests.
Key Features:
- Interactive Visualization: Creates a local HTML page integrating a results table with five interactive graphs: MA-plot, volcano plot, box plot, lines plot, and cluster heatmap.
- Input Compatibility: Supports results from popular differential expression packages including DESeq2, edgeR, and limma.
- Dual Data Exploration: Enables simultaneous interactive exploration of differential expression results and source expression data in the same view.
- Customizable Graphics: Graphical aspects and information represented in the graphs can be customized through user controls.
- Export Capability: Final graphics can be exported in PNG format.
Scientific Applications:
- Differential Expression Analysis: Facilitates interpretation and exploration of statistical results from differential gene expression studies.
- RNA-seq Data Visualization: Provides interactive graphical exploration of high-throughput sequencing differential analysis outputs.
Methodology:
Rvisdiff generates auto-analytical visualizations by creating a local web page from differential expression results and source expression data, integrating tabular results with five linked interactive graph types.
