scGPS
scGPS implements two main algorithms to identify single-cell subpopulations and investigate their relationships.
Key Features:
- SCORE (Stable Clustering at Optimal REsolution): Identifies subpopulations within single-cell data.
- scGPS (single cell Global Predictions of Subpopulation): Investigates the relationships between identified subpopulations.
Scientific Applications:
- Single-cell subpopulation identification: Enables discovery of distinct cell subpopulations from single-cell data through stable clustering at optimal resolution.
- Subpopulation relationship analysis: Facilitates investigation of biological relationships between identified single-cell subpopulations.
Methodology:
The package implements SCORE for subpopulation identification followed by scGPS for relationship analysis between subpopulations.
