TMSig
TMSig provides tools to prepare, analyze, and visualize named lists of molecular signature sets such as gene or kinase sets.
Key Features:
- Sparse Matrix Construction: Fast, memory efficient functions construct sparse incidence and similarity matrices.
- Set Operations: Functions filter, cluster, invert, and decompose sets.
- Visualization: Bubble heatmaps visualize results of differential or molecular signatures analysis.
Scientific Applications:
- Molecular Signature Analysis: Preparation, analysis, and visualization of named lists of gene or kinase sets.
- Differential Analysis Visualization: Bubble heatmaps display results from differential analysis studies.
Methodology:
Computational methods include sparse matrix construction for incidence and similarity matrices, set filtering, clustering, inversion, and decomposition, and bubble heatmap generation for visualization.
