biotmle
biotmle implements statistical methods to identify biomarkers from biological sequencing data (microarrays and RNA-seq) by estimating associations between biomarkers, exposures, and outcomes using Targeted Minimum Loss-Based Estimation (TMLE) and a generalized moderated t-statistic.
