BiQ Analyzer
BiQ Analyzer performs visualization and quality control of DNA methylation data derived from bisulfite sequencing to support analysis and interpretation of methylation results.
Key Features:
- End-to-End Support: Imports sequence files from sequencing machines and generates publication-quality diagrams.
- Sequence Alignment and Editing: Aligns bisulfite-converted sequences and allows exclusion or correction of problematic sequences.
