BrainEXP-NPD aggregates and standardizes human brain transcriptomic profiles for schizophrenia (SCZ), bipolar disorder (BD), major depressive disorder (MDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and Parkinson’s disease (PD) to enable comparative analyses across these neuropsychiatric disorders.
