BrainWiki enables direct comparison and integration of human and mouse brain anatomy, molecular profiles from single-cell transcriptomics and epigenetic profiling, and connectivity data from diffusion MRI to support comparative neuroanatomy and translational studies including mapping to transgenic mouse models.
