BRANCHSNV

BRANCHSNV reports strict clade-exclusive nucleotide markers separately from nucleotide substitutions reconstructed on a selected edge of a rooted phylogenetic tree using equal-cost Sankoff parsimony, while retaining ambiguity across globally optimal reconstructions. It supports conventional and transposed nucleotide NEXUS matrices and produces deterministic, provenance-aware outputs.
