BRHD integrates heterogeneous brain science datasets and standardized vocabularies to provide unified access to literature, patents, transcriptomic datasets, cell marker data, curated brain–gut microbiome annotations, disease–gene–mutation associations, and a high-precision 3D brain structure model linked to an organ-on-a-chip database.
