Brownian Motion Simulator simulates three-dimensional Brownian motion of nanoparticles to analyze nanoparticle trajectories, incubation time, and docking ratios for nanobiotechnology applications such as in vitro diagnostics and imaging under conditions where classical partial differential equation models fail at extremely low biomarker concentrations.
