CADECT

CADECT (Concatemer Detection Tool) is a computational pipeline developed to identify and remove putative concatemeric sequences arising during multiple displacement amplification (MDA) of DNA. It is used in conjunction with Oxford Nanopore sequencing to improve genome assemblies from limited quantities of DNA.
