CalicoST

CalicoST is a software tool that infers allele-specific copy number aberrations and reconstructs spatial tumor evolution from spatially resolved transcriptomics data. It improves upon existing methods by identifying key CNA classes and achieving an accuracy of 86% in analysis of tumor data.
