Cancer Contextualized

Cancer Contextualized is a tool for inferring sample-specific transcriptional networks for tumors using contextualized learning. It leverages phenotypic, molecular, and environmental information to improve accuracy and generalize to unseen cancer types, utilizing a Python package and interactive plotting tools.
