CanIsoNet provides a database integrating isoform expression with STRING (Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins) protein–protein interaction networks and ClinVar annotations to analyze dominant isoform switching events and their potential impacts on protein interaction networks in diseases, particularly cancer.
