CASTLES-Pro

CASTLES-Pro is a software tool designed to estimate species tree branch lengths while accounting for gene duplication and loss, as well as incomplete lineage sorting. It improves upon previous methods and addresses a gap in phylogenetic analysis by enhancing accuracy in branch length estimation on multi-locus datasets.
