Catalyst Evidence Graph
Evidence graph of findings on what compounds, supplements, nutrients and foods do in the human body. Each finding is extracted from a published study, anchored to the verbatim sentence it was drawn from, and given an evidence strength computed from the study design and population. Findings are linked to reference data on proteins, pathways and reactions, and relations inferred from reference databases are labelled as hypotheses. The graph is searchable through a web portal, a REST API and a Model Context Protocol server.
