CDCDB provides a continuously updated database of documented drug combinations to support discovery and analysis of multi‑drug therapies and drug synergy for bacterial infections and other complex diseases.

- Extensive Data Collection: Contains 40,795 documented drug combinations, including 17,107 unique pairings from 4,129 individual drugs, curated from ClinicalTrials.gov, the FDA Orange Book®, and patent records.
- Continuous Updates: Is continuously updated to incorporate new entries and findings from source databases and records.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Employs NLP techniques to extract and curate drug combination data from diverse textual sources, supporting downstream drug synergy prediction.
