CDCDB provides a continuously updated database of documented drug combinations to support discovery and analysis of multi‑drug therapies and drug synergy for bacterial infections and other complex diseases.

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Employs NLP techniques to extract and curate drug combination data from diverse textual sources, supporting downstream drug synergy prediction.
