CellBinDB

We have released a large-scale, multimodal annotated dataset for cell segmentation, CellBinDB. Based on CellBinDB, we designed a benchmarking pipeline to benchmark eight of the most advanced and widely used cell segmentation techniques/methods, and further analyzed the impact of four cell morphology indicators and image gradients on the segmentation results.
