CellMap

CellMap visualizes protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks mapped to subcellular localization to contextualize PPIs within specific cellular compartments.


Key Features:

  • Subcellular localization contextualization: Maps PPI networks onto defined subcellular locations to indicate where interactions occur within the cell.
  • User-defined areas of interest: Accepts uploaded cell images and allows definition of regions to display PPIs relative to those regions.
  • Customizable visualization: Uses a default cartoon cell representation with the ability to replace or modify the representation for alternate cellular models.
  • Annotation integration: Supports subcellular localization annotations provided by users or sourced from an in-house database.
