CiliaMiner curates a comprehensive database of ciliopathy-associated genes, 55 related disorders with over 4,000 clinical manifestations, protein subcellular localizations, orthologs in model organisms, and visualization data to support research into ciliary structure–function relationships and disease mechanisms.
