CircadiOmics

CircadiOmics provides integrated access to and analysis of circadian omic datasets across genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to characterize rhythmic molecular dynamics across tissues and species.

  • Extensive dataset repository: Hosts over 290 experiments comprising more than 100 million individual measurements spanning over 20 unique tissues/organs and data from 11 different species.
  • Visualization and comparison: Enables visualization and comparison of oscillatory trajectories across species, tissues, and experimental conditions.
  • Periodicity statistics: Computes period, amplitude, phase, P-value, and q-value for oscillating molecular species using methods such as BIO_CYCLE and JTK_CYCLE.
  • Performance and scalability: Incorporates improvements to processing performance and data volume capacity for large-scale circadian omic analyses.
