circVAR database provides a genome-wide catalog of genetic variants within human circular RNAs (circRNAs) to support analysis of their potential regulatory roles and disease associations.

- Extensive Genetic Annotation: Integrates annotations for 295,526 circRNAs from circBase, circNet, and circRNAdb.
- Chromosome-Based Distribution Analysis: Reports circRNA distribution across chromosomes and highlights enrichment on chromosome 17 and complex somatic mutation patterns on chromosome 7.
- Integration with Major Databases: Maps circRNA variants to the 1000 Genomes Project and ClinVAR for population and clinical context.
