CLASH Analyst

CLASH Analyst analyzes raw CLASH (crosslinking, ligation, and sequencing of hybrids) data to identify and annotate in vivo RNA-RNA interactions, including chimeric reads that link regulatory RNAs such as miRNAs and piRNAs to their target molecules.
