• Comprehensive Data Collection: Aggregates data from 1,088 clinical trials encompassing 165 molecular-targeted agents and 80 corresponding targets, covering 15 cancer types, 95 molecular subtypes, and 56 histological or cytological subtypes.
• Focus on Randomized Clinical Trials (RCTs): Concentrates on RCTs of targeted agents to provide trial-level evidence for comparative efficacy and safety assessments.
• Treatment Modality and Outcome Details: Records treatment modalities including monotherapy and combination therapies and captures clinical efficacy parameters and adverse events associated with targeted treatments.
