CMTTdb

CMTTdb provides consolidated, trial-level data from randomized clinical trials (RCTs) of molecular-targeted anticancer agents to support analysis of efficacy, safety, and treatment strategies.

Key Features:

  • Comprehensive Data Collection: Aggregates data from 1,088 clinical trials encompassing 165 molecular-targeted agents and 80 corresponding targets, covering 15 cancer types, 95 molecular subtypes, and 56 histological or cytological subtypes.
  • Focus on Randomized Clinical Trials (RCTs): Concentrates on RCTs of targeted agents to provide trial-level evidence for comparative efficacy and safety assessments.
  • Treatment Modality and Outcome Details: Records treatment modalities including monotherapy and combination therapies and captures clinical efficacy parameters and adverse events associated with targeted treatments.

Scientific Applications:

  • Clinical guidance: Provides oncologists with trial-based efficacy and safety data to inform therapy selection for specific cancer types and subtypes.
  • Therapy optimization: Supports comparative evaluation of monotherapy versus combination strategies and assessment of adverse event profiles for treatment planning.
  • Research and translational analysis: Enables identification of trends, gaps, and evidence patterns across targeted agents and cancer subtypes to inform personalized medicine research.

Methodology:

Data were collected from publicly available literature and curated specifically from randomized clinical trials (RCTs) of molecular-targeted agents.
