PennCNV

PennCNV is a software tool for Copy Number Variation (CNV) detection from SNP genotyping arrays, handling Illumina and Affymetrix data and others with appropriate preparation. The tool is implemented in Snakemake and automates CNV detection and analysis, including quality control and frequency assessment.
