COEUS

COEUS provides a semantic web framework that maps complex biological relationships from heterogeneous 'omics' data into semantic web graphs to enable ontology-driven integration and knowledge federation in bioinformatics.

Methodology:

Triplification of heterogeneous sources (CSV, XML, SQL results, SPARQL query results), mapping resources onto base ontologies or one or more ontologies, and exposing integrated data via REST services, a SPARQL endpoint and LinkedData publication using a web-oriented engine and exploration API.
