COHCAP

COHCAP analyzes single-nucleotide resolution DNA methylation data from Illumina methylation arrays and targeted bisulfite sequencing to identify CpG islands with consistent methylation patterns and to correlate methylation with gene expression for epigenetic regulation studies.
