CompoDynamics provides sequence composition analyses of coding sequences (CDSs) and genomes to support investigations of gene expression, RNA stability, translation efficiency, molecular function, and genome evolution.

- Extensive Data Coverage: Includes sequence composition data for 118,689,747 CDSs and 34,562 genomes spanning 24,995 species from RefSeq.
- Detailed Sequence Compositions: Reports nucleotide content, codon usage, and amino acid usage for CDSs and genomes.
