ConTrav2 identifies and visualizes transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) across specified genomic regions to support analysis of gene regulatory elements.

- Cross-Species Analysis: Supports analysis across nine reference organisms, including human and yeast, enabling comparative assessment of TFBS conservation and divergence.
