• Comprehensive Conceptual Framework: The ontology encompasses 2270 classes and 38,987 axioms, including logical (2622) and declaration (2434) axioms.
• Chemical Entities for Drug Repurposing: Emphasizes chemical entities to support drug repurposing and therapeutic candidate representation.
• Virus-Host Interactions and Life Cycle: Represents molecular and cellular virus–host interactions and stages of the SARS-CoV-2 viral life cycle.
• Medical and Epidemiological Concepts: Includes a broad spectrum of medical and epidemiological concepts linked to COVID-19.
• Terminology Standardization: Standardizes terminology and relationships among COVID-19-related entities to enable text mining and data linking.
