COVID-19 SeroHub aggregates and standardizes seroprevalence data for SARS-CoV-2 to support analysis of infection-induced and vaccination-induced population immunity.

• Study corpus: Hosts data from 178 seroprevalence studies as of September 1, 2022.
• Data extraction and standardization: Systematically identifies and extracts study results into a standardized format.
• Assay and antigen capture: Records antigen targets and assay methodologies associated with seroprevalence measurements.
• Filtering and stratification: Enables selection and stratification by temporal trends, geographic regions, population demographics, age groups, and antigen targets.
• Data availability for analysis: Provides consolidated datasets intended for external analysis and synthesis.
