COVID-ONE-hi
COVID-ONE-hi provides an integrated database of SARS-CoV-2-specific humoral immune responses and associated clinical parameters to support analysis of COVID-19 immunological and clinical variation.
Key Features:
- Immune response profiling: Contains IgG and IgM antibody responses to 24 full-length or truncated proteins (representing 20 of the 28 SARS-CoV-2 proteins) and to 199 spike protein peptides derived from serum samples of 783 COVID-19 patients.
- Clinical parameter integration: Integrates 96 clinical parameters plus basic demographic and health-related information corresponding to 2,360 serum samples from the cohort.
- Analytical pipeline: Supports computational single-group and paired-group analyses and automated generation of comprehensive analysis reports.
Scientific Applications:
- Antibody–outcome correlation: Investigating correlations between specific IgG/IgM antibody profiles and disease severity or recovery outcomes.
- Biomarker discovery: Identifying potential prognostic biomarkers based on humoral immune response patterns and clinical parameters.
- Population immunology: Characterizing variability in humoral immune responses across different patient groups and clinical contexts.
Methodology:
The database was constructed from a large-scale collection of serum samples and integrates immunological measurements (IgG/IgM responses to SARS-CoV-2 proteins and spike peptides) with clinical parameters to enable multifaceted analyses.
