COVID19db integrates open-access COVID-19 transcriptomic datasets to enable comparative analysis of host responses, host–pathogen interactions, and transcriptome-scale drug and target discovery.

  • Extensive Data Repository: Contains 95 transcriptomic datasets comprising 4,127 human samples from 13 body sites annotated for exposure to 33 microbes and 33 drugs/agents.
  • Standardization and Annotation: Each dataset is standardized and annotated with extensive clinical and sample information.
  • Analytical Applications: Provides 14 distinct analytical applications for exploring mechanisms underlying COVID-19, with support for custom grouping, configurable settings, and analysis of external datasets.
