COVTriage

COVTriage integrates a COVID-19 application ontology with literature annotation to triage and link biomedical literature and core databases for interoperable COVID-19 data integration and retrieval.

  • Application Ontology (COVoc): COVoc is a COVID-19 application ontology that enables navigation between biomedical literature and core databases and supports interoperability across ELIXIR resources.
  • Data Integration: Integrates COVID-19 data into SIB Literature services and supports connections to other COVID-19 ontologies such as the Coronavirus Infectious Disease Ontology.
  • Triage Service: Implements annotation processing to systematically search and annotate literature for predefined COVID-related aspects and provides daily updates.
