CREAMMIST integrates dose-response data from CCLE, GDSC1, GDSC2, CTRP1, and CTRP2 using a Bayesian framework to produce unified dose-response curves and quantify uncertainty for cancer drug sensitivity analysis in integrative pharmacogenomics.
