CRIMSON performs subject-specific hemodynamic analysis by enabling segmentation of vascular structures, construction of arterial and venous geometries, finite element mesh generation, and both three-dimensional and reduced-order computational haemodynamics simulations including incompressible Navier-Stokes and fluid-structure interaction.
