Cryptosporidium genome resources CryptoDB provides integrated genomic datasets and analysis resources for Cryptosporidium species to support genomic, comparative, and functional studies.

  • Integrated genomic datasets: Contains whole genome sequences, genome annotations, expressed sequence tag (EST) data, and genome survey sequences for Cryptosporidium parvum and Cryptosporidium hominis.
