CUDA-Ising-Osteo

A GPU-accelerated Ising/QUBO optimisation pipeline for osteoporosis gene-target discovery. It performs expression-based feature selection and GWAS-seeded STRING network-module detection with a batched GPU parallel-tempering sampler (PyTorch/CUDA, with a NumPy CPU fallback), and includes a cross-cohort replication protocol and orthogonal validation of candidate genes.
