CyAnimator

CyAnimator animates Cytoscape network visualizations to represent dynamic changes and support analysis and communication of biological networks.

Key Features:

• Snapshot Creation: Captures discrete "frames" representing Cytoscape network states or perspectives.
• Interpolation and Animation: Interpolates between frames to animate transitions in node location, zoom levels, node color, size, edge thickness, and annotation presence or absence.
• Output Formats: Exports animations as individual frames, animated GIFs, or H.264/MP4 movies.
• Animation Parameter Customization: Provides detailed customization of animation parameters to adjust visual properties and frame representation.
