Cybergenic
Cybergenic is a browser-based cancer research hypothesis engine. It examines gene co-occurrence and mutual exclusivity in public tumor cohorts, combines statistical evidence with literature, clinical-trial and functional-dependency context, and exposes evidence-linked findings for researcher inspection. Its public observatory, searchable research corpus and methodology describe evidence gates and out-of-sample evaluation. Outputs are research hypotheses, not clinically validated biomarkers or treatment recommendations.
