D-Peptide Builder
D-Peptide Builder enumerates and visualizes combinatorial peptide libraries up to pentapeptides from the natural pool of 20 amino acids, including linear and cyclic topologies and non-methylated and N-methylated residues, to support peptide-based drug discovery.
Key Features:
- Combinatorial Enumeration: Generates peptide libraries up to five residues long using the natural 20 amino acids in linear or cyclic forms.
- Amino Acid Modifications: Supports inclusion of non-methylated and N-methylated amino acids within enumerated sequences.
- Visualization Capabilities: Provides rapid visualization to map the chemical space of enumerated peptides and to compare libraries with preloaded datasets.
- Library Analysis: Performs analysis of enumerated peptide collections to assess diversity and chemical-space coverage.
Scientific Applications:
- Peptide-based Drug Discovery: Enables enumeration and visualization workflows to identify and prioritize novel peptide candidates for therapeutic development.
- Peptide Design and Modification: Supports design of peptides that incorporate N-methylation or other residue choices to mimic or modulate biological processes.
Methodology:
Peptides are generated by combinatorial enumeration leveraging combinatorial chemistry principles up to five residues and analyzed with integrated visualization tools to assess chemical-space coverage.
