DBLiPro provides an integrated knowledgebase and analysis platform for human lipid metabolism by combining curated lipid-associated proteins and lipid metabolites with multi-omics integration for lipidomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics analyses.

  • Extensive Knowledgebase: Hosts 3,109 lipid-associated proteins (LAPs) and 2,098 lipid metabolites curated from UniProt, the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), RaftProt, and PubChem.
  • Interactive Bioinformatics Workflow: Provides an interactive, step-by-step workflow for integrative analysis of lipidomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and multi-omics datasets focused on human lipid metabolism.
  • Multi-Omics Integration: Supports integration of lipidomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics data to analyze lipid–protein interactions and their functional mechanisms.
